According to the latest piece of research, major companies said that majority of the students who get employed in their companies are not ‘job ready’ or ‘takes more time to get trained’. As they are not able to meet the industrial requirement due to which the economic growth is hampering.

With an aim to make youngsters employable and to eradicate unemployment, ALL INDIA TECHNICAL AND MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (AITMC) created a platform that will act like a bridge to give complete knowledge about the requirement of industries to the student with the help of AITMC’s Centre of Excellence.
AITMC organized Job Fest in Government ITI College, UNA in the constituency of “Sh. Anurag Thankur ji”, where approx. 2350 students were placed in following companies:
